Orders can take up to 5 business days to process.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.  

Due to licensing agreements we are not able to ship items from our website outside of the United States.

We ship most orders using United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service to address’s in the domestic United States only.  Typical delivery time once your order leaves our facility using UPS ground service is 2-5 days.  For other situations overnight delivery may be an option, please contact customer service at 1-877-404-8124 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm Eastern time) to discuss BEFORE placing your order.   

Orders placed by 12:00 noon eastern time can be shipped the same day via overnight delivery. There is an additional fee for overnight delivery. If you would like overnight delivery, you will need to call 1-877-404-8124 and have a customer service rep assist you with placing your order. 

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 12pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

At this time we will only ship to a physical address in the United States - unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO's or FPO's.

We can NOT accept PayPal, money orders or any other form of payment.Visa, Master Card , Discover or American Express are the only acceptable forms of payment.

*Please inspect the box before signing for it. If the box looks like it was damaged or opened in transit,  do not sign for the shipment. Refuse the shipment and contact PEZ customer service at 1-877-404-8124 Monday - Friday 9:00am- 4:00pm Eastern time. UPS will not issue credit for damage if the box is signed for.
