Allergy Information

All the available ingredient information is listed on the packaging. Mono- & di- glycerides source is vegetable. It is the only product run on our line; there is no cross-contamination. To the best of our knowledge our product does not contain allergens as defined by Codex. The Codex list comes from the World Health Organization. It is a list of the “Big 8 Allergens”. It is the reference list that our suppliers use to answer allergen questions.

Following is a list of these Codex allergens:

• Barley, oats, wheat, triticale and products of these
• Crustaceans, shellfish, and products of these
• Egg and egg products
• Fish and fish products
• Legumes, peas, peanuts, soybeans and products of these
• Milk and milk products (lactose included), dairy
• Tree nuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and products of these
• Sulfites in concentrations of 10 ppm or more

Yellow dye #5 is in lemon flavored and multiflavored packs (due to lemon).
